We guarantee your satisfaction! All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. We will make a full refund for any item returned unused and undamaged in original packaging. The cost of Postage will not be refunded, We will not take responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in the post, we therefore recommend that all goods are insured in transit.

You can select to return goods for exchange or refund. We offer product exchange on a like-for-like basis for damaged or faulty goods only. We accept Returns of all our products in line with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We offer Shipping to the UK and worldwide by Airmail. We aim for immediate shipping but please allow 3-4 days for UK delivery. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Contact us for an RMA number. All prices include UK VAT at 20%. Please let us know if you need a VAT invoice.

We do NOT store or even process your credit card information on this site. All transactions are handled by PayPal.
