BDCMF encoding for RIAT 2016 Collectors Edition Blu-ray

We were recently contacted by Iain from PlanesTV.com with a request for assistance in preparing Blu-ray masters for Replication.
Replication factories require Blu-ray masters to be provided in a BDCMF format, which is not supported by many authoring programmes which are generally available. It needs to be created with specialist software.

Each year, PlanesTV produces a DVD and Blu-ray release of the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT). This is made available for sale online through the Air Tattoo website, PlanesTV.com and other channels. Both the DVD and Blu-ray formats are available as a single disk 'standard edition' or a 'collector's edition' 2-disk set.

Iain delivered the finished Blu-ray disc masters as BDMV folders to us, which we were able to run through our conversion software and create the required BDCMF files.

These files were delivered back to IAIN on a hard drive for delivery to the replicators. The DVD and Blu-ray in both standard & collectors editions are now available to purchase on Airtattoo.com or PlanesTV.com
