QI Vol 1 + 2 DVD Box Set AuthoringWe have recently finished DVD authoring and full Quality Check (QC) of Volumes 1 & 2 of the popular tv comedy quiz show QI (Quite Interesting) - coming soon from Network Online
Volume 1 is a 9 disk box set that contains every episode from Seasons A-D plus bonus features including: The Making of QI documentary, 40 minutes of unseen archive material, How to Do QI Research by the Head Elf and all the buzzers in one massive compilation.
Volume 2 is a 10 disk set that contains seasons E-G plus bonus features including: 40 minutes of unseen archive material, Behind-the-Scenes Snippets and Jolly Japes, One-off interview with QIMaster Stephen Fry and a Bumper Christmas Compilation (with added jollity)
Relentlessly intelligent, gloriously uninhibited and occasionally controversial, QI has engaged the brains of discerning quiz fans for over a decade, garnering no fewer than ten prestigious TV awards and multiple BAFTA nominations. Hosted by Stephen Fry and co-starring stalwart player/resident whipping boy Alan Davies, these shows feature Bill Bailey, Rob Brydon, Jimmy Carr, Jo Brand, Rich Hall, Phill Jupitus, Sean Lock, Ronni Ancona, David Mitchell, Dara Ó Briain, Johnny Vegas, Sandi Toksvig and many others joining the ranks of cleverclogs and dunderheads sparring with the famously erudite quizmaster.
We encoded the supplied digital assets and did a full QC on all the episodes - looking for signs of any digital glitches introduced in the transfer and encoding process. We built 19 dual layer (DVD9) discs for the box sets with motion menus and produced masters for the client and digital uploads for the replicator.
