Promotional video for Robson & Stephens Funeral DirectorsWe have been working with Bridgwater and Minehead based funeral directors Robson & Stephens to produce a short promotional video advertising their business & services in the local area and for online use.
As the video was shot during the Covid-19 pandemic, we reduced our crew down to just one person when we would have probably used two staff. Mark travelled up to Bridgwater to film interviews with the staff by himself, working camera, lighting and sound and aloso across to Minehead. It made the task a bit harder but sadly in these current times we have to adapt to protect everyone around us.
Mark shot both inside and outside the locations in Minehead and Bridgwater using a Ronin-S gimbal and tripod using one of our Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K. We produced the animated logo intro and chose music for the edit which had been pre-scripted by one of the friendly staff at Robson & Stephens. Having a script to work to meant we coud shoot more quickly and understood exactly what was needed to be captured on the day.
Additional footage from of a funeral service was kindly supplied by Shaun Foulds who filmed it for Robson and Stephens featuring a horse-drawn herse as well as a couple of stock elements to help finish the edit.
The video will be featured on the company's website and used to promote their business.
