Interview at S&P Fish Shop for Boat Stories FilmThe final round of filming for 'Fishing for the Long Haul' documentary short in the Boat Stories project took place at S & P Fish Shop in Ilfracombe. Mark and new media apprentice Toby met with shop owner Claire to learn more about what happens to the fish after they leave the trawler.
S & P is unique in Ilfracombe in that the shop is part of a larger business that also owns three trawlers, ensuring fresh produce caught by their own crews is sold in the shop and to others in the area & nationwide.
Mark & Toby carried out an interview with Claire before capturing cutaway shots of the shop and the surrounding harbour. This wraps filming on this Boat Stories film and now we can concentrate on finishing the edit!
