The Sony a7S II required a cable with a D sized HDMI output
The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K requires a cable with an A sized HDMI output

MONITORS
The Marshall and Blackmagic Video Assist  monitors require an A sized input
The Portkeys BM5 monitor requires an A sized input

The plug (male) connector outside dimensions are 13.9 mm × 4.45 mm and the receptacle (female) connector inside dimensions are 14 mm × 4.55 mm ,the type C connector is 2.42 mm × 10.42 mm.
