Create a simple handheld rig for your camera with the DJI Focus grip and couple it with the DJI Focus Motor Pro for easier control over your lens focus (or zoom). Grab one of our Blackmagic 6K Pocket Cinema Pro cameras with full cage and attach the DJI focus motor Pro and DJI Focus handgrip with a 15mm rod. The DJI Focus Grip connects to the DJI focus motor Pro via usb-c to power and control it. This lets you control focus from your fingertip in the same way as you would control focus on the DJI Ronin Gimbal. You can use this set up for focus control of manual focus lenses like our range of Nikon EF mount Prime lenses or set the AF lenses into MF mode and use them with a lens ring (cine pitch). If you need autofocus over manual lenses, then add the DJI Lidar for AF control.
You can also use the Focus Grip's Red button as a Remote Start/Stop Record button with the Blackmagic 6k Pocket Cinema Pro camera (and other cameras) - connect to the camera via Bluetooth, and it's all ready to go.
The Focus Handgrip includes a DJI BG21 battery grip, a nato rail and 15mm rod adapter and usb-cable. The battery grip is charged via usb-c port. The grip has a 1.8 inch colour touch screen that can be used for various setup and control functions like setting manual focus end points and seeing where you are in the focus scale. This is more for run and gun scenarios rather then serious focus pulling but it works well on a small rig setup.
